2006 VW Passat SE 1.9TDI injector recall???

Hi guys I have a 2006 VW Passat 1.9TDI SE that is having big problems with all the injectors. Is there a injector recall on these cars? Or does it only relate to the 2.0 TDI version

I don't know if there's a recall on that vehicle or not.

I bought an '88 Passat Estate in 1995. I was about the third owner.

Couple of years later I had a letter come recalling the car for a mod to the heater system to stop it getting overpressurised IIRC. All done at the local VW agent for free.

Brother in law had the same issues about 2 years ago on an 06 plate car. Pretty sure they honored the recall by paying 90% of the bill on changing 4 injectors.

just call a vw dealer, they will tell you if its eligible for any recalls over the phone
