It has not been the best start to a year, with VAT increased to 20% and fuel prices at record high.

Maybe this will be the year of civil unrest?

WTF has happened to this forum ... Someones's complained about fuel price increases and Joe hasn't dived in to explain about the global oil shortage and lack of suitable alternatives ... I REALLY have been gone too long ... Come on Joe me old mate don't let me down

I had some good news yesterday: I checked my two News Years Day lottery tickets and they BOTH won. Only £20, but that will help off set this months fuel increase!
