Hey lads can you change the diaphragm on these without removing the diverter valve and water assembly, or do you just have to take the lot out cheers.

you can even do it without removing the plate h/e but its more hassle than its worth

I take the lot out and can do it in about an hour.
I once tried it without taking the diverter out and it took me longer![]()
