does anyone have MIs for pre 2005 junior.Boiler been off for three days , now it i get pump , fan , 3 sparks then lockout on red button.etc etc

have you checked the o/h stat and pressure sensor for continuity!
aint checked anything , im only going to it on monday.

system was drained this week and filled again this morn.
ill try that monday.how would that allow the boiler to go through the processs of reaching spark and not opening gas valve.
Exactly its a strange sequence of operation totally different to majority of combi's. Bridge the switch out first and see if it fires then strip it out and clean it. If still faulty after cleaning replace the switch.
must say it's nearly always been the pressure sensor which is at fault on these.
easy fix. went out to it today and turned it on and it worked.
