This is VERY expensive. (£242 ish) I have one that needs a new head. Is there a head from another valve which will fit, do the same job which perhaps has more wires.

I have a customer with the same problem. I'm not sure if the inards can be taken from a standard Myson diverter valve and swapped over. The valve body doesn't appear to be standard. Is it possible to cut and shut the pipework and fit a Honeywell?

I have a suspicion that one of the other valve heads would do, with two or three wires left over. There is no room in the Flowsure+ to do a simple change, and it's on 19mm pipes. AARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!

Are you sure its 19mm. My customer seems to think they are 22mm.

The current thinking is to go the unvented cylinder route and convert the boiler back to a heat only. Virtually everything apart from the burner and main heat exchanger has been changed over the last 4 years.

The MSV322/19 (um, 19mm?) is flange mounted not compression.

I need a replacement for immediate use, they might have a cylinder fitted later, but that will be a while yet.

It appears these people sell a two wire actuator for the MPE322 series which is supposed to fit. I'll let you know.
