28mm flooring for 1/4 stair landing

Just ripped up our stair carpet and found the 1/4 landing flooring is a right bodge which explains why it squeaks so badly. It's 28mm and I cannot find anyone who sells 28mm treads/nosing with t&g or anyone who sells 28mm t&g structural flooring sheet. Can anyone point me in the right direction please or advise an alternative idea? I don't really want to go thinner as I'll have to replace the first riser and stringer/moulding as well.

Have the material planed to dimension, bull nose the front with a block plane, spokeshave, etc. It isn't much to do. It isn't that hard to do. Loose tongues and glue can replace the T&G

Or lay 9mm ply and 18mm t&g boards on top with half round beadings glued and pinned for nosings
