2nd fridge freezer not working, advice please

we had a ff200m delivered, it was damaged inside, we waited a week for the second one to turn up, well its here, freezer works fine, the fridge is not getting cold at all.
we went by the instructions and left it settle for 3 hours.
anything i can try before i phone hotpoint again?
