2x2 for a stud wall?

It would look odd with the architrave missing on one side.

I'll try and fit a 2ft 3 door and if not I'll reduce the frame to a 2ft.

I **** out and used 3x2 scant.

I've put plenty of fixings into the stairs and have ended up with enough room on the other side to have the archatrave with a 2ft 3" door.

I'll show you the finished masterpiece when its plastered in 2034 :LOL:(y)

And I found some squatters had moved in under the sairs!!

It's done now. The room measures 2.4 x 1.6 so will probably just have a desk in it.

There's a storage bit under the stairs, we can't get our youngest out of it!!
