Sounds fine to me.

I assume that you're planning to use a 32A breaker on the hob circuit, and a 16 or 20A on the oven?
 
Yep,

32amp on the hob and 20amp on the oven. In fact I am going to replace all the (rewirable) fuses on my fuseboard with the plug in MCB's that I found at tlc-direct too.

If it's basically a rewirable fusebox you should think about replacing it, or having it replaced, with a RCD consumer unit (pref split load) instead.
