I have replaced an old stopcock with a new one.

I thought the hose coming in from the street was 22mm but it seems like it's 3/4" so it's too lose. Is there a reducer available to get it to fit into a 22mm stopcock or maybe something to take it down further to a 15mm stopcock?

Please can you help! Thanks.

HOSE frm the street?
What's it made of? What colour?
Do a searth on "alkathene"....

The hose isn't bright blue is it?

If so, its 25mm MDPE (the usual pipe). You can get the fittings from Screwfix or any plumbers' merchant.

..but it can't be 25mm if it is loose inside a 22mm connection.

By the way do these measurements refer to the internal or external diameters?
