3/4 lens wifi camera without subscription

Afternoon
Ideally, I'm looking for a 3/4 lens wifi/lan camera (similar to the one below) but without a subscription.

The one's of Flea-bay all seem to require a subscription to use the useful features of the camera.

Has anyone managed to get one from Flea-bay, etc that is truly subscription free?

You are asking for a lot, but paying little.
Cameras like this work through an app that connects you with the server in China. The subscription pays for the camera, that's why it is so cheap to buy.
Also bear in mind that everything the camera sees, and everything the app sees on your phone/PC, is available on line to the Chinese company.
