3 core + Earth - cable clip size?

Hi,

3 core + Earth, 1.0mm2 (from screwfix probably), what size cable clip fits this? All cable clips seem to be 2 core + E. So does one use a clip for 1.5mm2, 2 core + E or will a 1.0mm2, 2 core + E clip fit?

Just make sure you get a good quality one with a "stud" on the underside that helps to hold the cable in place. 2.5 T+E is thicker than 1.5 3C+E, but approximately the same width - some cheapo clips don't hold 1.5 3C+E cable firmly.

You may even find a stockest that has proper 1.5 3C+E clips but most don't bother stocking them because most sparks don't bother buying them.
