3 Phase Electrics

It does indeed look that way though you would have to take the isolator cover off to be absoloutely sure (be very carefull if you do that though)

Still it may be worth looking at the service head and meter arrangement to see if there is three phase coming into the property.
 
It has got to be single phase, otherwise you'd have 3 wires entering the isolator :wink:
Only issue with this is the main isolator does not isolate all the live conductors i.e. including the neutral.
It may be that there is another isolator upstream though.
 
As a domestic it may be an idea to have a double pole isolator installed in the tails.
