32mm waste pipe

What size drill should i use to put a sink waste through the wall? How much larger than 32mm should i get?

If not cavity then 36mm will give a snug fit.

If cavity then it's tricky to get the holes 100% aligned, so 40mm will give you some wriggle room.
 
yes it is cavity, can you get of core cutter sets with these sizes in? I'm assuming its 32mm not 40mm waste for kitchen sink etc?

No - 40mm for a kitchen sink, for which you'll need a 46-50mm core drill.
