I have not come across this type of motorised 3 port valve before but was hoping someone had.
Which one should be used as a replacement?
The auto/manual lever moves free in either direction it has no resistance on it.

It won't have resistance if the hot water and heating is calling.

What is the make, it sounds like a Honeywell part number.

I asked the question about the lever because the one I was offered in city plumbing did have resistance and that is different.

It will have untill you put power on the white and grey wire.
