I'm now waiting for a structural engineer to visit. I had expected us to just be able to fit a beam in the back wall, but sounds like we'll need some sort of goal post construction instead. A little annoyed with that (but only myself to blame).
Guess we'll have to live with a sandpit for a little longer.
