40mm waste pipe to go into 4 inch clay soil pipe.

Hi all, I have a redundant outside loo soil stack opening (4" or 102mm), which I would like to utilise in order to drain a washing machine (40mm) waste pipe.

I note that i could get a soil pipe plug from Screwfix and cut a suitable hole in it but the only plugs available are 110mm.
Will a110 plug fit?
Maybe someone has a better solution?

110mm is the external size of plastic, 100mm internal.
