Hi All,

...helpful specialist plumbers merchant solved my first problem.... still stuck with finding.....

A second problem...due to the uneveness of the wall, there was/is a gap between bath edge and tiles. I had used 'quadrant tiles' which sealed well, but the occasional removal to re-apply sealant has left a few of them broken. Does anyone know where I can get some more? I guess it was about 7 years ago that B&Q sold them...but no more

Any help gratefully received.

Many thanks. Regards,
Peter

Do the job properly and chase the wall to accept the bath, reseat bath, no gap, no tile needed, no resealing needed.

hmmm not the most helpful of replies.

I guess I should have mentioned that I was replacing an old cracked bath against tiling which followed to below the top edge. Removing tiles would probably have meant removing old/decaying underlying plasterboard.... and having to completely re-tile. When this bathroom gets ripped out in a few months time (awaiting planning permission for house 'modification') the job will be done 'properly'. Right now I just need a fix. I have taken old broken 'quadrant tiles' and managed to create a working seal, but I'll ask again... if anybody knows where I could buy a pack of new I'd be grateful :D
