Just a quickie
I recently bought a 1960s ground floor purpose built flat that needs a rewire.
The floors and ceilings are concrete and all internal walls are solid breeze block construction.
All sockets, switch boxes etc are metal, with the wires to them in metal conduit pipe set into floors, walls and ceilings.
Will an electrician have to chase walls etc to get to the conduits, or can he pull new wires through the conduit pipes to sockets etc?
Many thanks
