9651 zone descriptions

Restored Scantronic 9651 default settings after an eprom fault/ mains fault after zone programming the system will not hold zone descriptions. But holds zone types and attributes and all other command settings and sets etc. but with no zone descriptions other than changing out panel and keypad lost on this one.
