Im an 18 year old student studying design and technology in the UK.
I am doing research for my coursework and would like some feedback from those in the know! I am planning to design and manufacture a device that a user will be able to pull through a length of cord, electrical wire, etc. and view an accurate measurement (within 1mm) on an LCD screen. Has anyone any ideas, suggestions or comments? Is there a posistion on the market for a product like this? It would be universal for all sorts of "cable-like" material, different diameter etc. and all sorts of user from enthusiast to professional. Any feedback very much appreciated. Cheers
