wonder if anyone can help, last week the hot water in the shower ran cold so stopped shower turned back on got hot water for 2 minutes and then cold again. engineer came out and said plates are blocked he took it out took it away and came back half hour later, refitted it and said it would be ok but it was the same as before, but now every time we turn hot tap on we get an A3 fault any ideas anyone please
