accenta 8 pir sensors not working

Once code is entered all zones 1-8 light up except zone 2 on keypad, none of the pir sensors light up, i believe thats the problem, checked fuses inside the control box and all fuses are fine (checked with multimeter and all beeped) Even checked each sensor to see if loose wiring but everything seems fine. Even turning off the entire power and switching on again triggers the alarm to go off as it should. Saying this a couple of days before this started to happen the alarm box outside the house was making some funny noises.
Any ideas anyone?

Erm, turning the power off shouldn't make the alarm go off, change the main standby battery.

There is obviously no power leaving the panel. Check the auxiliary output to the detectors, bell and battery, this should be close to 13.5v. Also check the voltage at the sensors.
