Hi. I was at home yesterday and the alarm decided to start ringing. I checked the code panel and all looked normal, usual lights were on when the alarm is not set. I tried to enter the code, but that didn't stop it. So I disconnected the battery in the main control box and the alarm stopped, but the lights on the alarm box outside still continue to flash.
Any ideas to to the problem.. is it just the battery? There were no tamper or zone problems that I could see (keypad just looks normal).
