Accenta G4 & ADT Bellbox

As the title says I have an Accenta G4 panel connected to an ADT bellbox (plastic yellow one).
I initially had some trouble connecting these both together but after some expert advice on this forum i got them to work.
That was about 9 months ago and it has worked perfectly up to now.
I now find that the bellbox does not sound or strobe.....even when I test them through the Alarm Test feature on the panel.
Everything else works.
No wiring has been changed so what could be the problem??
Any expert help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had any work done recently ?
Have the neighbours reported that your alarm has triggered ?

Check the Fuse marked BELL in the panel and see if the wire inside is broken.

No work done recently, no triggers and fuse is fine.

No idea what to do now???
