accenta g4 panel with reson8 bell box

hi

I am trying to install an accenta g4 alarm panel with a reson8 bell box.

After much messing about i can only conclude that the wiring instructions in the bell box are incorrect.
When i connect as they suggest i can get no siren activation, the instructions are thus...

strobe- on panel to stb- on bell box
T on panel to rtn- on bell box
A on panel to hold off- on bell box
D on panel to hold off+ on bell box
B on panel to trig on bell box

could anybody advise on whether this is correct or is there a some suggestion as to what is causing the fault ?( which is no siren when alarm is activated )

Wiring looks OK. I don't know the reson8 - is there a shorting pin you need to put in place to enable the SAB ?

....or do you need to link two terminals within the bell box ?

Make sure there is 12v between off- and off+ at the bell box.

Make sure that there is 12v between D & B at the panel when it goes into alarm.
