Accenta G4 tamper fault lockout

Second Accenta G4 I’ve installed.
This one is in my man cave (don’t judge me)
Anyway it consists of 3 contacts, a PIR, a strobe and a external speaker.

I have not bothered with tampers. Inside the unit both PA and TAMP are looped out.

When I power up the unit I get a Tamper Fault Lockout.

Any ideas please?

Bell tamper ....panel lid tamper ....or keypad tamper if fitted

Hi
No bell, just an external speaker. Have checked the keypad and panel and both ok. Have stretched the springs a little to be sure.
No tamp wired for pir.
I’ve looped the PA, Tamp and the panel ramp but still getting fault.
What now do you think?

So have you linked the bell tamper out ? Post pcb picture

I have looped out the sab and the tamper faults gone now.
My next problem is getting the pir to trigger. It flashes but doesn’t trigger??
