Accenta Tamper Lockout

Ive just replaced the LCD terminals for 2 new LED terminals - thought I had followed the correct wiring (the wires are in a different orientation and the cable colours where different between the upstairs and down stair box) when I reconnected but when I put power back to the system (G4 box). A message appeared on both input boxes ‘tamper lockout’

How do I rectify that?
