I gather this an older model however it has worked ok since we moved in 4 hrs ago.
I need to put in a new set code as the old code press buttons are getting tired and difficult to press, so those buttons that haven't been used are ok.
My problem is now how do I set a new code? I tried with a newer model manual and messed up and had to input the engineers code. So now I have system that has no input code.
What do I do please!!!

If you have lost or changed the user code and the control panel does not respond to the changes,then you will need to do a user 1/ engineer code reset procedure

This procedure is explained in the engineer manual .

If it’s showing it’s age, it may be prudent to replace rather than wait for it to fail completely.

Thanks for the reply, the system works well, I just need to put in a new code after using the engineers code, I don't hav e a manual and don't seem to be able to get one on line. A manual would be really useful.

manuals are all over the internet, Google search. there are some variations depending on its exact variant year of production

difficult to press,

changing the code may not help too much and for how long,
unable to make a more professional assessment as to condition as unable to test.
the panels have been discontinued but still some new around, although prices seem keen from some suppliers I have just looked at.

dont think anyone does any replacement button kits.
