Hi
I know there is the engineers and customer access code , which one of these as more access to the reprogramming.?
Can I set the engineer code the same as the customer code?

You need the engineer code to program the system. The user code will let you arm/disarm, do system tests etc but not change programming. These need to be 2 seperate codes
