Access to my property.

Hello.

A block of flats was recently built close to my property.
Telephone wires have been run across my garden to the said block.
How do they do this without access onto my property ?.
No permission was asked for access.

Do you mean overhead wires?
Probably not a lot you can do about wires up in the air - they will have some sort of right of access to work on their equipment too but if the put a post or equipment on your land you might be able to get a payment for wayleave.
However if it is a big problem then you could ask BT and at the CAB.
