Light in window flashing, and it won't let me turn on hot water by selecting or advance setting.

Try a reset by pressing the SET and + buttons simultaneously.
Thanks tried that did not work, red light on at the heating side, and off at the hot water side. Heating side works ok, just wondered why red light is off on hot water side
I cannot work out why the CH only comes on sometimes and not others. Cannot make out the programming system of p522 as hot water comes on OK but not CH and cannot over ride the time to put either on. Never had this problem before. I've reset to no avail. Is it a wiring fault?
