Adding a door

I'm looking at a property to buy and considering adding an extra loo. Only one existing upstairs in the bathroom.

My thoughts are, box of the alcove in the lounge/dining area and add a door as shown in the attached. The red patches are the existing loo bowels and the intended.

The wall for the intended door is masonry so is supporting. Is installing a door in this position feasible?

I appreciate I have to consider the sewage pipe and ventilation too, the pipe needing a run off angle to the external pipe.

Modest doorway sized openings are rarely contentious support wise and can be spanned with timber concrete or steel lintels without much fuss.
