I'm going to see how much the bank is willing to lend us. So long as we doing go beyond the value of the property, I think it should be fine. . .I hope. Plus a third bedroom would increase the value of the property. If we can't borrow what we need then this project is dead in the water anyway.
May I ask what part of London you are in? This could make a huge difference to the financial viability of your project
