If you're going to dig a trench for the waste you may as well send power down there and some cat6 cables for Internet, cameras and intercom/doorbell entry system for the front door. Even if you never use (all of) them it's worth the effort and small cost. With the power you can then put an instant water heater in so that you have both hot and cold supplies.
