Adding another two LED downlights

As the title says really. I have four downlights that are part of a loop in circuit. Each light is the same as the attached pic.

Can I simply spur off this rose using 2.5mm cable? (240V dimmable LED's being used)

No earth required? The casing of the LED holder has an earth to the chop block

*EDIT sorry misread your reply- yes it will have an earth in the cable

Yes, you must have a CPC(earth wire) in the cable even if the light did not require it.
