I don't have the special tool/applicator to insert the inhibitor to my system, so guess best next option is to close valves on all top floor rads, drain off excess pressure so I can open a valve and pour in to the floor to rad pipe with a funnel?

Just one dean after you lock off the valves at the side of the rad you use, a towel rail is handy for this, usually higher than the rads
