OK. I've got good signals on Freesat and have installed a quad LNB. Thought I might try and pick up some other chans not listed. Can I do this with my existing gear and, if so, where do I get info on them please. (I'm using my exiting Sky dish)

Adding non-Freesat channels

As you haven't stated the make and model number of your "gear", we're reduced to guessing.
However, I believe that most "Freesat" receivers can be switched to "FTA" mode and a scan will reveal any channels not listed in the Freesat EPG. (Most of them will be scrambled.)
