I need to lift a pair of French doors in their frame by about 4-5mm as they have dropped since being fitted last year causing the bottom seals to pull off when operated. The hinges appear to sit in metal tracks on the frame. Am I right in thinking if I tighten the Back nut on the top of the hinges it should cause them to lift?

The doors are different to ones I've come across but you may be able to experiment, there will only be a few millimetres of adjustment available. All hinges will need equal adjustment.

But, they should be under warranty if only fitted last year - worth contacting the installation company in case the problem is more fundamental than the need for adjustment e.g. incorrectly fitted; or problems with the toe-ing and heel-ing of the glass (which could be evidenced by the door dropping towards the lock side).
