Adjusting front door

Hi

I would like to adjust the front door so it is a little tighter to the door seal when closed, but just at the top. That is, adjust in the direction of the outside, if that makes sense

I have allen screws top and bottom, plus pairs of smaller allen screws on either side. Which if these adjustment points will push the door in towards the frame?
