Adjusting my patio doors. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to adjust these hinges. I just need to lift one door so in can open easily

You can't as far as I'm aware. Depending how diy you are ... you could deglaze and try toe and heeling it ( plenty of videos on the likes of you tube)
