Admastik sealant for door threshold

Just bought a new Stormguard front door threshold, got it home and noticed that they (strongly) recommend using Admastik sealant to bed the threshold.

Is this just a re-badged standard variety of product or is it really something special and do you know where I can get it (or equivalent) from?
