Hi, I am new to this forum so apologies if this has previously been asked. Long story short, I was removing upvc window sill (internal) in our bathroom as it’s all being tiled and when it came away I ended up pulling a block and wall away with it (wife was less than impressed). I have since replaced the block and filled front of wall with sand and cement. I’ll attach a picture, my only issue is that I have not done it flush. Shall I just add another mix of cement or will tile adhesive take care of it or shall I use another product over the top of it? Thank you in advance.

Expanding foam is normally best and easiest. It can be cut level and flush when it's set. Just don't go mad, remember it's expanding foam.
