Advice on best way to remove flexible tile adhesive from wooden substrate

I’ve removed porcelain tiles from my wood floor substrate. Was extremely difficult but chipped them all away bit by bit. I’m now left with lots of patches of notched trowel flexible adhesive. The adhesive is the flexible type and is soft it’s not the rock solid cement type. What’s the best way to remove this stuff without too much effort lol?

I saw someone on YouTube using some sort of long handled scraper with a blade. Will this work? What’s it called?

Um, maybe it's called a long handled scraper? lol

I wonder if a little application of heat (via a heatgun) might help make it easier to remove?
Either way, have a jolly scraping time
