Advice on secure by design PAS 24 standard

Hi everyone.

I have got new eurocell upvc windows fitted. The company told me that the they fit secure by design locks as standard. He showed me a sample window in the office. It had 2 bolts on the opening side and it also had 2 bolts, 1 going up and 1 going down. So 4 points in total.

Just realised that the windows they fitted don't have the bolts going up and down.

My question is. Do I need to have these up and down bolts on all openings to be secure by design certified.

The fact that the bloke in the office showed me the locking system and I also pointed it out. They really should of fitted it within the price they quoted, shouldnt they.

I'm thinking of either fit them in. Or knock the cost off the total bill. Roughly how much extra do these locks cost in comparison to the standard 2 point side bolts?

I still need to pay them £2000 so will be holding this until they sort this out.

Any advice I would really appreciate.
