Advice on the repair of the concrete floor - deep large hole in the floor

Ok thanks, and standard Blue Circle general purpose concrete can be poured over the 2 epoxy DPMS you suggest above correct? So fill the hole upto the top, remove old DPC around the top of the hole, expoxy DPM all over including the now filled top of the hole, pour concrete upto main floor level, prime then Mapei NA over the whole floor, add underlay and laminate?
 
You only need to do one coat of liquid Dpm.
Fill the hole in with sand and cement on a visqueen sheet lapping up the doorframe.
Get it close the height of the main floor.
Let that set.
