I need to replace a 2 gang plug socket in my garage

I switched off 2 sockets off an extension and it went buzz
This morning I found out the socket isn't working (definitely the socket, I verified)

I looked on Amazon and see some units that have something called an 'outrocker'
What's that?? Do I need to have this? (I tried googling and can't find any definitions)

Any advice buying a socket? (Apart from don't go for a super cheap one)
The one that went was an MK - I thought these were meant to be really good quality? (That's what the guy who installed said)

Thanks

It would help if you posted a link!

Probably it means a socket where the switches are on the outer edge rather than in the middle.
You don't need that. Just buy a socket. MK is a reasonable brand but wont last forever, especially if its overloaded, subject to damp or if the connections aren't made off properly. In a garge I use metalclad accessories as they are more durable in rigorous environments.
