air admittance valve on soil pipe

how high should it be ??

from the toilet can i go horizontal put a tee in & put the vent in the top of the tee.

If i can have it inside can i have it out side by a window

You need to read the building regs and the manufacturers instructions.

Air admittance valves are not permitted to be outside....they can freeze in an open/shut position.

There are also regulations regarding their position above appliances.

In addition you may have to leave the stack open and vented outside in an appropriate position...sometimes it's down to the LBCO opinion.

Unfortunately the majority of air admittance valves are illegally installed due to lack of understanding.
 
as above but must at least be higher than the highest spill over level on that stack which in most cases is the basin.

Look into using HepVO traps on bath/basin/shower tray and eliminate the AAV.
