Air difuser for in line ducted extractor

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a decent looking difuser for my bathroom ceiling extractor. It's an inline - i.e. will have ducting to the unit.

I have looked around on the internet and B&Q and only found crappy looking plastic. It's nice new modern bathroom and I want something nice - circular and metal preferably?

Any ideas would be great.
