Went to do a BBU service today and when doing my checks found that they had blocked the air vent from the outside of the building by taking off the grill and putting a thin layer of foam behind it to cover the hole, when will they learn

An old favourite is cling film i always use a knife to make sure & document it to cover my own arse

Yeh seen lots of cling film when I was doing the housing association contracts a few years ago,thing is,the stubborn ones just put it back again after you've gone,but as you say...as long as ones arse is covered.
